Juliette Mills is a British photographer based in Dartmoor, South West of England and has been taking pictures for over 20 years. She grew up in a private zoo, surrounded by endangered species, with parents fired by passions for conservation and music. She developed a love of travel and wildlife via her gallivanting father mixed with an appreciation of home and family through her rock of a mother.
Having children and photographing family life for the past 12 years, and the influence of documentary photographers David Alan Harvey and Medford Taylor, have taken her into the realm of documentary, and she now takes on commissions photographing children and family life as well as special documentary projects.
She lives in Dartmoor National Park with her two sons, dogs and cat, and loves horse riding, walking, cooking, open fires, books, gardens, and red wine.
