Karine Péron Le Ouay began to take pictures during her childhood in South America made of travels and discoveries, living in Ecuador. A diploma from the Celsa Paris IV Sorbonne led her to careers in communication.
She decided in 2018 to devote herself entirely to photography, after receiving a photo contest award from Robert Doisneau's daughters.
Joining the Hans Lucas agency in 2019 opened her the doors of photojournalism. Her work is currently divided between commissioned reports or portraits and photojournalism, published in the French national press.
In search of adventure, emotions and intimacy, she also develops projects with a a documentary aim.
