I was born and raised in Van Nuys, CA, and now reside in Brooklyn, NY. I learned to shoot, develop, and print B&W 35mm photography my Junior year of high school, shortly before the program was shut down and the dark room relegated to a closet. I then graduated from Chapman University's Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in Orange, CA with a BFA in Film Production - Directing and a minor in Advertising. I have continued to shoot photos in my spare time.
After graduation, my work specialty became feature documentary post-production. I spent the last year editing 'Concrete Futuro,' a feature documentary about skateboarders, in a small town in Mexico, working to get a skatepark. I recently started handling video post-production for The New York Times' brand studio.
