Kelly Hsiao is an underwater photographer based in Maui, Hawaii. Her art has been described as "floating surrealism" and "photography as painting,” centered around the ocean and aquatic performance. Her mission is to inspire a sense of higher consciousness, bringing people closer to a connection with nature, flow and well-being.
