I have been a mostly amateur photographer for more than 40 years. Nicaragua was one of my favorite and more serious projects because there were Lives in the Balance and I felt it was an important story to tell and share with the people of the Unites States. I literally fell in love with the people of Nicaragua and ideas behind their struggle for freedom, it continues to this day, as it does here in the United states...
