Kim Jonker (1966) is a Dutch artist living in the south of France. She graduated in 1992 from Art Academy Minerva, Groningen, NL.Her passion is to celebrate the earth and nature’s wealth of food and vegetables. She also illustrates books on food and poetry. Her work is shown in galleries, international festivals and publications. Co-founder of different artist collectives and art initiatives in the Netherlands and in France, she likes to work on environmental issues. She’s working on a book about wild edibles.
