Kristine Krauze -Slucka is Latvia (Northern Europe) based visual artist whose approach employs a mixture of analog and digital media, and installation.
Born in 1979, before the Internet and digital media, her work is dedicated to the study of adaptation, hybridization and changes in human-nature relationships. Undeniably, her works hold some poeticism that, to some extent, serves as a displaced self-portrait.
She has a Master of Arts degree in Visual communication from Art Academy or Latvia.
Kristine’s work has been exhibited in a couple of local group shows, including the “Century Exhibition of the Art Academy of Latvia” at ARSENĀLS Exhibition Hall of the Latvian National Museum of Art.
