I am a a visually impaired film photographer and poet from Dublin (originally Italian). I write both in English, Spanish and Italian, by using film photography to complete my poetry's narrative with a multidimensional perspective. I have been writing poetry since the age of twelve, and after almost fourteen years spent living out of my native country, it has been thanks to Ireland's closeness to nature that I found the balance within me necessary to finally give a visual dimension too to my poetry, not only in my mind from a creative process point of view, but also in reality.
I have always been fascinated by the realm of film photography and its imagery's depth, thanks to my dad's Super 8 passion.
I come from a research background in International Relations for Cooperation and Development. Documenting reality through storytelling, to cover social issues and uncover social injustice has always been my vocation and the main focus of my art.
