I am a DC/Virginia based photographer specializing in macro and landscape photography.
My portfolio is a growing collection of my work, evolving over time as I experiences new places. My passion for photography began as a way to capture my personal travel adventures. Overtime I became obsessed with learning how to master my camera, chase natural light, and capture fine macro details. I love days spent capturing a perfect sunrise, chasing light through a forest and watching the sun as it sets over the ocean.
My recent work in macro photography has been a welcome addition to my photographic journey. It has challenged me creatively, technically and provided a therapeutic outlet. To escape so deeply into the micro details of an object turns the noise of the world off for a few moments.
My goal as a photographer and in life is to continue learning and growing. To always try to capture the expected in unexpected ways, and to embrace the light and the shadows.
