Manon was born in 1993, lives and work in Paris. After an undergraduation in Art’s History she joined Gobelins school of image in 2014 from which she graduated top of her class in 2017. Through a parallele evolution among a theatre in Paris, her practice of photography is characterised by directing and settings. Her work influenced by litterature is focusing to depict fictional worlds. In every topics she’s bringing up, the attempt to understand the interraction between the landscape and the human remain central.
Her work Bleu Glacé (2016), has been seen in France and Europe, Athens Photo Festival 2019, the Gacilly, Baden (Austria), les rencontre d’Arles (Galerie Fisheye), the Boutographies and was finalist of Emerging Photographer Grunt (burn magazine USA), Guernsey Photography competition... and will be running for the PhotoLux Award.
Her work Demande à la poussière (2017), has won the Fidal Youth Award 2017 and was finalist of the prix HSBC pour la photographie 2019.
