Mariya has been professionally engaged in photography for more than 10 years, combining this activity with film directing and film editing. Among all the genres her favourite one is nude photography, because, as Mariya believes, it is the best way to come closer to a person’s soul. Due to the active creative position, participation in various photo projects, contests and exhibitions, Mariya declared herself not only in Ukraine, but also abroad.
Mariya participated in the “Plasticity of Motion” photoexhibition that took place in the Tenri Cultural Institute Gallery, New York, 2019. Her art-project was presented in the Photo Kyiv Fair 2017. In 2013 her personal exhibition “1+1” was held in Macedonia, and she became one of the jury in the International competition in that country. Mariya took the first prize and was awarded with Gold medal in ‘Nude’ section in the Austrian photo competition Trierenberg Super Circuit 2011, was recognized by PSY (Photographic Society of America), 2009.
