Mats Andersson studied photo at the Industrial Art School in Gothenburg in the late 1980s. This was followed by a job as Art Director and Photographer in the advertising industry. Leica ambassador. Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2016 – winner Black & White. Wildlife Photographer of the Year in Scandinavia 2016. All over winner NNPC in 2016 (Nordic Nature Photo Contest). Wildlife Photographer of the Year in Sweden 2016. Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2017 – silver (finalist Black & White).
