Matthew Hayes graduated with a degree in photojournalism from the University of Montana in 2004. Since, he has worked for a variety of editorial and commercial clientele while also exhibiting in galleries and museums. The majority of his work is focused on documenting rural life and culture within the Rocky Mountain regions of Idaho and Montana.
