Michael Waitz, born 1964 in Coburg, Franconia, completed his studies on painting and graphics at University of Arts Berlin with a high master degree as a pupil of well known Prof. Klaus Fußmann in 1996.
After a period as an assistant teacher at Art Academy Dresden, Michael Waitz is working as a free artist since 1997.
The photographic work has been developing since 2001.
