I was "retired" as the Chief Photographer at a daily newspaper in the USA. Being the "Chief Photographer" is a little like being the largest dog sleeping on the porch. Before that I worked as a photo editor at a different newspaper, and a staff photographer at yet another newspaper. I also shot for a variety of publications and agencies previously.
Now I enjoy photography for myself on my own terms. I own too much equipment and I don't get to use it often enough. Life gets in the way.
