I have been calling San Francisco my home for over 20 years. My background in life science brought me from the French Riviera to Paris, to here but it is the quality of the light from fall to summer and the delectable juxtaposition of the urban and natural worlds that the bay area offers that kept me here. Thanks to a thriving photographic community in the bay area and Rayko and SFAI in particular, I have been able to continually improve, develop and explore new ways of expressing myself and my perception of world through my photographs.
I have participated in several group shows and held two solo exhibits through out the Bay Area. Some of my earlier work has been published in the SF Chronicle, Examiner and several other local zines and publications. In my free time I can be found engaged in various travel and photographic adventures of course: bathing in the collapsed crater of Deception Island in Antarctica, trekking in Tibet, riding camels in Mongolia or hiking to the Tiger's nest monastery in Bhutan to name a few.
