Natalie Tranelli is a community-based artist, educator and photographer by trade. As a Fulbright Scholar, Natalie has worked internationally, collaborating with communities in Brazil, Azerbaijan, Nicaragua and Chad, teaching with National Geographic Photo Camp. She received her MFA in Community Arts from the Maryland Institute College of Art where she co-founded the Baltimore United Viewfinders, a youth arts leadership initiative. Natalie is currently the Art Loop Coordinator for The Arts Commission of Greater Toledo and leads the organization’s volunteer and internship programs. In addition she is currently adjunct faculty of Photography at Owens Community College. Outside of the studio she is an avid mountain biker and obsessed gardener.
