As an operating theatre nurse, I witnessed the switch from reusable to single-use consumables from the 1990s to the present day in the interest of patient safety and am now observing this culture being challenged by companies starting to embrace their environmental responsibilities. My landscape photography examines whether litter presented to audiences is a sufficient catalyst for change by consumers and companies.
