At the age of twelve, I discovered Photoshop CS2 on my fathers' shelf. It got me started in photography. Three years later, with my first self-earned money, I bought a camera. But a camera without a subject to shoot is useless. That's why my brother and I founded the music magazine Negative White.
After capturing a lot of concerts, I slowly exchanged the pit for the story. Being able to dive deep into a subject and transfer it into a visual medium drives me. No matter whether it's a portrait or a reportage: Photography is an internationally understood language and I'm continually expanding my vocabulary.
