I am a portrait photographer. My work consists of powerful portraits where the drive and passion resides within the person portrayed but is not yet seen by everyone. The young people who are at the beginning of their development are a recurring subject in my photography. I recognize myself in this.
I always work with multiple cameras so there will be different image shapes. Polaroid, snapshots, 35mm, medium format and digital. This gives me the opportunity to show the story from different sides.
The raw analogue image style enhances the pure and powerful in the portrait. There is no fuss, it show reality.
