I am Oleksandr Plokhotin, born on November 26, 1983 in Zaporizhia. A year after my birth, my family moved to Kherson, my father's hometown.
By profession, I am a chef-technologist, since 2004 I have been working as a ship's chef, since 2007 I started working for the American passenger cruise company "Princess Cruises".
It was the work associated with the need to be in different parts of the world that inspired me to pick up a camera. Observing the everyday life of exotic countries, unusual for our lands flora and fauna, interesting events of other countries aroused the desire to reflect what I saw and share my impressions with my fellow countrymen
The desire to create something of my own grew in me every day, until I began to experiment with my ideas, but my first works were not popular with the audience.
In 2018, I seriously embarked on the path of a photo artist. I continued to be interested in photography, namely, I read literature and watched TV shows dedicated to photography, thereby honing my skills in practice.
