Photographer. Ovidio investigates the relationship of the human being with his environment, seeking to deepen the intimate human experience that arises from everyday life. His work is based on daily life and intimacy to deepen the understanding of the topics he addresses. He is currently a contributing photographer for the GettyImages agency, a photojournalist in a government ministry and a photography teacher in Platzi (a virtual platform for higher education). His work has been published in media such as The New York Times, El País de España, Time magazine, Eye Shot Magazine, Vogue magazine in Italy, among others. His work has been exhibited in various cities, Bogotá, Medellin, Leticia and Palmira. He is the director of the Amazonas Documentary project, a photographic creation and reflection space developed in a community of Ticuna Indigenous people that was born in 2018 and is held once a year.
