Paula Agostinho, Luanda - Angola, 1985.
Paula grew up in an already independent Angola. She moved to Lisbon in 2003 where she completed her degree in Performing Arts. In 2013 she returned to Luanda where she worked for five years as a Producer at Geração 80, and also producing and co-directing “Beyond My Steps” (2019, documentary). In 2019 she starts her career as a singing teacher and singer, collaborating with local bands. She also works as a photographer, with a preference for nature and portrait photography. In 2022 she was selected for the artistic residency "Catchupa Factory" in Mindelo, Cape Verde, where she developed the project "Na Cais" ("By The Harbour").
