Penelope Thomaidi is a photographer from Greece, living and working between Athens and Paris.
In 2017 she enrolled in “Creative Documentary and Photojournalism” one-year masterclass programme coordinated by Magnum Photos and Spéos International School of Photography in Paris. Her documentary work often focuses on on subjects related to memory - both personal and collective -, self-determination and resistance.
She has a background in fine arts.
