I was born the son of missionaries in Lima, Peru. After 6 years in Lima my family relocated to the midwest of the USA. Ultimately, having lived in four states and and four countries, I was given the opportunity to see cultures and experience human interactions that opened my eyes to the world. Those experiences made me curious about the world but I always maintain that the world isn't on the other side of the globe. The world is right here. We are our world. And so is everything else.
