Born in Palermo in 1978, he has lived in Cosenza since 2007.
Graduated in 2002 from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome, he graduated in Anthropology Theories and Practices with a thesis on Visual Anthropology entitled "Ethnophotography - Research with images ", at "La Sapienza" University of Rome (2006).
Between 2003 and 2004 he made reports in Angola and the Amazon.
A photograph of the Amazon is selected and published by National Geographic as part of the 2006 National Geographic International Contest.
As a photography enthusiast - and not a professional - he founded the Nitida photographic association in 2019 in an area where there are many enthusiasts but very few activities related to photography.
In June 2020 the Photo Cult magazine publishes the photos of the family project "Quando viene l'estate?"
