In the last days of spring, shortly after Covid 19 lockdown in Poland was suspended the Baltic coast was shrouded in unusual dense fog for a few days. I found this phenomenon metaphorical in the context of the events following the outbreak of the pandemic all over the world. Fog appeared unexpectedly like the virus itself. At last we were free to leave our homes, go out to sea, and suddenly became ''isolated'' by nature once again. For some of us the lockdown was a moment of reflection, some of us became concerned and disconcerted when others stayed calm. I noticed similar human behaviours when fog came down flooding the land. My journey to the place I have known since I was a child all of a sudden appeared to be a journey somewhere deeper, somewhere else…
