The Nenets
Project info

The Nenets, the indigenous people in the Arctic tundra of Russia, are the nomadic reindeer herders immigrating from place to place in their life. I stayed with them for days and saw their everyday life that is combined with nature and animals. They eat reindeer, drink reindeer's blood, wear clothes made of reindeer's skin, live in a Chum made of reindeer's skin, immigrate with sledges pulled by reindeer. They still keep the way of their life in the long journey.
