Copacabana deceives me
In the "post-truth" times in which we live, it is neither simple nor easy to perceive what is real. All truth is multiple and complex, simultaneously transparent and opaque, clear and confused, smooth and rough. Circumstances deceive us.
The "Copacabana deceives me" series refers to this characteristic aspect of contemporaneity: the relativization of facts. Inaccurate images, taken in the light of day on the most famous beach in Brazil, are like multiple layers of reality which obfuscate us and make us seasick.
