In the Spanish region of Arzúa, in which the legs of the pilgrims to Santiago de Compostela surely betray already the passage of the kilometers traveled, near the reservoir of Portodemouros, there is a corner worthy of another type of pilgrimage. It is the "Living museum of honey" in which the art of beekeeping, nature and tradition are worshiped. Isidro Pardo is the soul of this project, in which the visitor can know all the secrets of the world of bees. Isidro lights his face when he talks about honeycombs, wax, honey and the utensils he designed for the manufacture of hives. In that corner there is a passion for beekeeping and for the work well done.
