I have always loved photography, hijacking my father's camera on family vacations to capture things no one else saw, to shooting my own photography and developing it in the dark room in my high school. It was a place where I felt that I did not have to censor myself and that I could let my true colors shine. I remember taking a picture of a picture of my sister "overdosing" on pills and surprisingly enough, this did not stir up any controversy in my high school , mainly because I believe my photography teacher knew that photographs were the way I best expressed my innermost thoughts and feelings.
