An Artist/Photographer and world traveler with a multi-cultural family of Middle-Eastern roots. She began her freelance photography career soon after receiving her B.A. degree in Visual Media Communications from the American University in Washington, D.C., where she also received her Master’s degree in Film and Video Production. Ms. Razek spent several years teaching at Dar Al-Hekma University, a women’s private University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. She helped found the first women’s photo club in Saudi Arabia. She helped lead media projects with her students in creating videos to promote public awareness of Middle–Eastern women’s interests. Ms.Razek’s photographic work has been published globally and is currently in three books, “Cuba,” (2018), “Desert, Design and Diplomacy,” (2014), and
“Photography Through the Eyes of Saudi Arabian Women,” (2010). She currently travels between The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and The Washington Metropolitan area of the USA. She contributes to numerous photography exhibitions globally.
