I have been a professional photographer since 2000, when I graduated from BU with a photojournalism degree.
Since then I have worked at a small town newspaper, shot weddings, and interiors and products. I've also been a food delivery person for Holocaust survivors, changed tires for a living, and worked at a worker-owned peepshow.
I have also traveled quite a lot and continued to make photos for myself. I love exploring and finding out about different cultures and subcultures.
Since digital is the standard medium for paying work these days, I usually shoot film for myself. The image quality of it is beyond compare and the experience of photographing is so different than digital.
