I grew up in Cancun, Mexico and when I was in high school, I decided to take a black & white film photography class. Our first day, the teacher had us make a pinhole camera out of a shoebox, then go out around the school and start taking pictures. Once I was in the dark room, seeing my images slowly develop as they soaked in the chemicals, it seemed like magic to me. I was instantly hooked!
