About Robert Vizzini

I was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1952. At eight years old, I was exposed to the work of Edward Weston on an early edition of the Today Show. This poetic vision opened me to a magnificent world of the natural and ordinary beauty around us. Being out in the expanse of nature, I find a sense of freedom that I have been seeking since childhood, which gives me release from inner demons and a trust in the eternal. This is the driving force for my photography and the attraction for much of my subject matter.
