Rosell Meseguer was shortlisted at PHOTOEspaña 2004 for the show: Mediterranean Between Reality and Utopia at The Photographers´ Gallery, with her project: Bateria de Cenizas, also exhibited at National Museum of Photography, Copenhague or the Museo Leopoldo Rother in Bogotá.
She is fascinated by Cold War & Propaganda issues, developing her particular project: OVNI Archive, an unusual installation and photography collection displayed first at Matadero Madrid (2010-2011); Galerie im Taxispalais, Innsbruck, Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil, Ciudad de México; SÓNAR Santiago de Chile; or Art Center South Florida, Miami.
She has made presentations of her work at Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Manifesta 8, 2010-2011, Plat(t)form 2013, Fotomuseum, Winthertur, Zurich.
