My family is korean but i was born in Mexico City - and attended a German school.
The clash of cultures has always been present in my life. I think that the values and costumes of different cultures confused me at times and I tried to find ways to understand it, to see it as it was. That's how I started to photograph. For me it's a way of understanding.
