Born in 1946. Graduated from the Law department, Law faculty of Chuo University. As a lawyer, he has been involved in the defense of criminal cases such as “Lockheed” and “Tokyo Electric Power Co. Office Lady Murder Case”, which have made a name in post-war history. His books include The "Tokyo Electric Power Co. Office Lady Murder Case" Defense Letter, and others.
In addition to legal services, he graduated from the Kyoto University of Art and Design Photography Course in 2017. In 2018, she published a photography journal titled, "Radiation Buscape", depicting images that she took from the JR Joban Line bus of the designated "difficult-to-return zone" of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident (Design Hitoshi Suzuki + Shogo Yamakawa, with commentary by Takazawa Kenji). In 2019, he held a solo exhibition "Crossing Ray" (Hiju Gallery, Osaka). He is a principal of IG Photo Gallery.
