I am a commercial portrait photographer working in and around London.
I also study and am currently making work which explores questions surrounding voice especially in light of technology's impact; "...who gets to speak and why?" (Kraus, 2017).
2018: In November I am showing a project still in development called "i will have call you (sic)" to a small invited group of people. It juxtaposes different communicative forms while exploring the impact of digital culture on notions of self and other. Another project in development was selected for an College of the Arts (OCA) exhibition called Showcase, celebrating 30 years of open access art education and held at the OXO Tower Wharf Gallery. Shortly before that, an image of mine was chosen to be in the LIP30 exhibition at Espacio Gallery.
2017: I took part in an exhibition called Nexus at Oxford House in Bethnal Green alongside Keith Greenough and John Umney.
Earlier in the year, I was given an opportunity to exhibit Portrait of a Pub in Wandsworth where I had documented the people and the changes before, during, and after a refurbishment.
2016: Nord-Pas-de-Calais-Picardie was chosen as part of a member's exhibition at Bank Street Arts in Sheffield.
My images have been used by the Open College of the Arts in an advertising campaign. I am currently studying Digital Image & Culture, having completed Self & Other, an APL application, Understanding Visual Culture and The Art of Photography.
