I started working as a portrait photographer at the end of 2013, and have just about completed a module called Self and Other with the Open College of Arts (the online arm of University of the Creative Arts), which will go towards a long-distance learning degree. I will begin Digital Image and Culture soon. In 2016 my series Nord-Pas-de-Calais-Picardie was chosen to be included in a member's exhibition at Bank Street Arts, Sheffield and two of my portraits were picked as part of the Open College of Arts advertising campaign. In 2017 I was invited to show work with OCA alumni at Oxford House, Bethnal Green. Before becoming a photographer and studying I concentrated on motherhood and worked as a part-time drama teacher. I was also part of a marketing team in The City and prior to that, I was an actor, having graduated in 1994 from Manchester Met. Uni with a degree in Theatre Arts. I aim to continue studying, developing my projects and exploring photography.
