I am a 35 year old. I graduated in languages, and I could not attend any photo school after graduation. Everything I learned about photography I did by reading, studying alone and learning from my mistakes. Like most of my generation, however, I live in a state of precariousness, due to economic stagnation and the lack of a fixed work. On the one hand this makes me feel free to devote time to my idea of art, but on the other it is difficult to emerge in an extremely competitive system, especially if you have to pay the bills, first! Although art is often a closed world of privileged people, I claim my right to express myself as an artist because there is a need and urgency to deal with current issues with contemporary photography; such as the climate change, the defense of the rights of women and minorities, politics, and social criticism. Since 2013 I work with a contemporary art gallery of my city. Among my goals I would like to transform this work into a personal exhibition.
