Stephanie Power is a photographer and educator. She holds an MFA in Documentary Media from Ryerson University (2016). Her current work explores hidden narratives, embedded memory, reflections and juxtapositions found through walking and observing cities using methods of psychogeography, chance and contemplation. Her book MY/NY Deluxe Picture Book, a photographic scrapbook published and exhibited in June 2016, draws inspiration from the history of New York street photography.
Her design and illustration work has been honored by the AIGA, the New York Art Directors Club, Applied Arts, The National Magazine Awards and the ADCC. She teaches illustration at OCADU.
