As predominantly a landscape photographer I seek to engage in the changing face of the planet in a variety of forms, the man altered landscape intrigues me as we enter a period of massive social change and migration.
I seek to find answers about the future, beyond the aesthetic, the historic or the present to ask questions about future landscapes, how we effect these and how they will change post increasing globalisation and technological revolution.
I predominantly work with film and print. I produce traditional silver gelatin prints, platinum/palladium, albumen and photogravure. Wet plate Collodion is work in progress.
Photographic process and the long drawn out processes involved are key to my thought process and workflow and hence I work predominantly with printed media producing hand made artist books in limited editions.
