I'm a self taught visual story teller who grew up in the suburbs of Paris, France. Working with the long form of documentary storytelling, my work is characterized by an intimate relationship to my subject, and straddles an often blurred line between intimate personal diary and documentary. It questions notions of identity, representation, power dynamics and gender in society’s fringes in order to deconstruct established norms by bringing more visibility and giving voice to less represented communities. I'm based between Paris and Sydney.
My work has been exhibited internationally, including in London (Palm Photo Prize 2018) Melbourne (Brunswick Street Gallery, 2018), Perth (PCP Iris Award, 2017 and 2018), Tokyo (Slideluck, 2016) and Istanbul (Documentary Days, 2016). In 2017 I was selected as the winner of the Iris Award at the Perth Center for Photography.
