In the early twothousands I did a lot of 3D artwork with the 3D program Poser, which is, in fact, a virtual photostudio.
In 2007 I bought my first bridgecamera and from that time I made a lot of photos at our school (were I am a math teacher). I could bring the experience of the Poser program into reality with taking pictures of people at parties and in the classroom.
I obviously work with adolescents. On our school we have some activities after school and one of them was a make-up artist course. I got into contact with the MUA and asked her whether it would be a great idea to do a photoshoot afterwards. For me it was an opportunity to find out whether I would like to continue in this kind of photography. During this mini photoshoots there was one girl that had so much pleasure. On a blue Monday I asked her whether she would like to be a model for me, again to find out if this sort of photography would suit me. Eventually, both her parents and myself, worked out a modelcontract and then the photoshoot(s) started.
Later on I did more photoshoots with other girls, but it's hard for me to find new models.
