Toto is a photographer and creative director based in Bangkok, working under the fine art brand VERGUE (@verguestudio). His practice is observational and non-constructed: small figures in large spaces, restrained light, preserved shadow. He photographs moments that would exist whether or not a camera were present — the quiet arithmetic between a person and the space around them.
Drawing on the lineage of contemplative documentary photography (Rinko Kawauchi, Fan Ho, Vivian Maier), his images follow a single philosophy: "cool shadow, warm soul" — a muted palette, held silence, and a belief that solitude, photographed carefully, can read as composure rather than isolation.
His work is made across cities he passes through, from Sapporo and Seoul to London, searching for the same fragile register in very different worlds.
