Born in Germany, the photographer with Polish heritage majored in photography under Professor (and former Stern photographer) Michael Kerstgens at the Hochschule Darmstadt’s department of design, graduating with a degree in communications design in 2013.
Vero Bielinski also studied under the honorary professor Barbara Klemm. During her studies, she took advantage of every opportunity to school her eye and gain inspiration. During her studies abroad at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, she intensified her knowledge and skills in printmaking and painting. She spent her practical semester assisting the fine arts photographer Ken Schles in New York City and was privileged to meet some of the elite
photographers, including Robert Frank.
She travels a great deal around the world, working on photography projects. Since 2012 Bielinski has been working as a freelance photographer, and her work has been exhibited in many shows and awarded numerous prizes.
