Vittorio Antonio D’Onofrio was born in Venezuela in 1975. He has always been passionate about art and, the means of expression in all their facets, the art of photography has become an essential need for Vittorio. Through the culture of photography, Vittorio has discovered a dimension that he aligns perfectly with.
“When I take photos, it is as though everything inside of me dissolves away, it all disappears, even my worries. The negativity vanishes and in this complete moment of inner peace, I am moved to a perfect scene full of meaning.” He prefers to photograph in that moment, when silence dominates time and space, through which the remains of the past and of the present identify the man in all of his complexities. Vittorio has attended many different photography courses and, dedicates much of his time to reading and studying photography.
He was responsible for the photographs in the book “The Big Archive” by Perino and Vele and a publication in the Art Magazine. He participates in various exhibitions and has presented multiple individual projects.
