I am 21-year old Bulgarian based in London and I cannot define strictly myself as a photographer. I am trying to let ideas live in whatever medium best suits them. Initially, I started as a dancer, and devoted 9 years of experimenting the physicality and mentality of urban and contemporary dance styles. A couple years ago, there came a time when I needed to find a way to share dance with more people, so I found out that putting dance on screen is not just a good way to reach out to more people, but also manipulate and add deeper narrative to it. This is why I went to study filmmaking in England, but not very late I found out that the stories, I wanted to tell, can be conveyed just within the four corners of a single photograph instead of a long feature-lenght film.
