Willem de Melker was born in 1954 in The Netherlands and lives in Amsterdam. After many years working as a graphic designer, marketplace vendor, and Jazz drummer he reacquainted in 2011 with his old love-photography.
His interests in the medium are expressed in subjects that encompass the abstract, sentient beings, landscapes and engineered realities.
