About Wuxing Huang

I am a Chinese photographer whose work has evolved from black-and-white documentary to color-based abstract and conceptual imagery. This shift reflects an inner transformation rooted in my daily contemplative practice.
In recent years, my creative focus has moved from external observation to inner expression. Through my daily practice of mindful recitation, I began to perceive an inner light — soft, clear, and pure. This experience transformed my visual language from black-and-white to color, from documentary to abstraction. My current work no longer aims to record the visible world, but to give form to an inner state of clarity and stillness.
I was born in Sichuan, China in 1990 and graduated from Chengdu Normal University with a degree in Educational Management in 2013.Since 2021, I have been working full-time at a software development company while continuing to create photographic work in my spare time.
In 2024, selected works from my series The Past Heart Cannot Be Attained were sold online and offline through White Field Art Institution in Beijing, and were also exhibited at the 2024 FIAP World Photographers Conference in Lishui, China. Another work, Companionship with Nature, was acquired by the Songzhuang Art Museum in Beijing. In June 2026, Archipelago Project Group Exhibition, Hangzhou.
